The location of this hotel was truly amazing! Surrounded by beautiful tea plantations, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always providing great suggestions on things to do and see in the area. The food was exceptional, with a variety of local dishes that were delicious. I especially enjoyed the fresh seafood soup and the stunning views from the terrace were an absolute bonus!
While everything about this hotel was amazing, some minor improvements could make it even better. the Wi-Fi could be a bit faster.

The location of the hotel is outstanding with breathtaking views of misty mountains. the staff was very warm and always ready to help with anything. the food was delicious and freshly prepared. the hotel provides an authentic Sri Lankan breakfast which was a great add-on. the hotel is close to the city center and it was easy to get around.
The wifi was not strong enough and could have been faster. there were no nets on the windows and balcony doors which made it difficult to open them without getting insects and mosquito inside.

If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, this hotel is nestled atop a gorgeous mountain where you can breathe in fresh air while sipping a drink on the balcony. the spacious rooms have fantastic views of the surrounding tea plantations and the bathrooms are modern and well-kept. the breakfast is quite delicious and the hotel staff are always helpful and friendly. this hotel offers plenty of facilities, including a potential swimming pool and container cottages.
The wifi connection can be slow at times, which can be a bit frustrating when trying to stay connected with the outside world.
